No Returns on Delivered Arrangements: Once a floral arrangement has been made and delivered to the address provided by the client, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. This policy is in place regardless of whether the delivery address was incorrectly provided by the client.
Consideration Period for Returns: We understand that plans can change. A refund may be issued for arrangements that have not yet been made, typically within 24-48 hours before the scheduled delivery. We urge our clients to review their orders carefully before submission.
Immediate Resolution: If you have any concerns about the quality or condition of your flowers at the time of delivery, please notify the delivery personnel right away. While we do not accept returns, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will discuss the situation with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Understanding Our Policy: By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to our no-return policy. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and quality of our products for all customers.
Credit Card Payments and Cancellations: If your payment was made using a credit card and you decide to cancel your order due to reasons such as not reading the delivery description properly or changing your mind, please be aware that Shopify charges a 3% transaction fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. We encourage our customers to ensure their order details are correct before finalizing their purchase to avoid any unnecessary charges.
